Manny Papas
Founder & Managing Director
Manny is the founder and Managing Director of Nexius Partners, and brings extensive experience in originating diverse deal flow on a global scale. His particular strength lies in building and sustaining deep, long-term relationships. In addition to Nexius Partners, he is the managing director for Cambridge Wilkinson out of New York and a senior advisor for Bluefin Advisory out of Hong Kong.
In the past 2 years, he has originated over US$5 billion in deal flow and origination.
Manny's strength is the ability to forge authentic, trusted connections with UHNW individuals, family offices, C-suite executives, and founders.
With a broad international network, he excels at crafting tailored solutions for any situation and consistently sourcing the ideal partnership for clients across multiple industries, even for the most unconventional requests.
Having lived in Dubai for six years, He maintains strong ties to the region and is well-positioned to open doors and facilitate opportunities overseas when the right situation arises.
Leigh Minopoulos
Partner - Senior Advisor
With over 15 years experience in Australia's financial services industry predominately in business operations, investment products and wealth management, Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge in the domestic market to Nexius clients. He has overseen in excess of AUD$800M of domestic property transactions and is responsible for client management, business development and driving strategic vision and growth. ​​

His strength lays in his relationships with domestic family offices, HNW individuals and alternative off market alternative asset opportunities. He is a licenced chartered accountant, holds a Master of Finance degree and provides the financial due diligence support for nexius partners.
